Internship / Early Career Program
ND Paper is proud to welcome 20 summer interns to our Biron,
Rumford, and Oak Brook locations. Our Summer Intern / Early Career Program is a
testament to ND Paper’s unwavering commitment to the next generation of leaders
within the paper and packaging industry.

just an internship; it’s a gateway to a fulfilling career,” said Jay Capron,
Director of Communications & Government Affairs. “We are excited to provide
our interns with hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned
professionals, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that
have a real impact.”
The interns will engage in a variety of activities that
extend beyond the conventional office environment. They will have the chance to
learn about operational excellence in papermaking & maintenance, receive
early career advice, and build a strong professional network.
