Below are just a few of our rising stars who impact every area of our company.

Bruce Hogan

Rumford Division, Operations Manager
Bruce is a veteran of the paper and pulp industry. He has a wealth of operational and management experience beginning with his first job as a process engineer with International Paper and spanning to his advancing roles with Mohawk, Essity, and at Appvion’s mill where he served as Operations Manager. However, Bruce’s heart has always been in Maine. A native of Auburn and a graduate of the University of Maine, he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Bruce enjoys golf, woodworking, target shooting and spending time with his family.

Lucas Preble

Rumford Division, North Mill General Superintendent
Lucas is a 2018 University of Maine Graduate. He was hired in 2020 as Sr. Process Engineer to help our machine rebuilds and product conversion. Because of his dedication, hard work and new ideas, Lucas was soon promoted to a leadership position at the mill. Lucas enjoys golf and plays whenever the weather will allow.

Caleb Coder

Biron Division, Vice President and GM
A 2002 UW-Stevens Point Graduate, Caleb was hired in 2020 as Operation Manager at our Biron Division. From the beginning, his passion for the paper industry made an immediate impact. The characteristics, along with his natural leadership and collaboration instincts, and ability to meet challenges head on, made him the perfect individual to become the mill GM in 2021. No one here is surprised that Caleb became the youngest GM in company history.
