Bio
Matt Hickey is based in Chicago, and he has been in the paper industry for almost 20 years. Matt joined ND paper upon the acquisition of Rumford and Biron in June 2018. Matt’s initial primary responsibility was in managing the commercial efforts of our C1S business. As ND initiated its transformation to Packaging, Matt was part the initial team growing our Containerboard business. Since those early stages, Matt took on a leadership role in rolling out our Kraft Paper product line. Matt was instrumental in developing our product and customer strategy and insured our sales team was well-versed and trained on the attributes of our Virgin Kraft Paper, produced at our Rumford mill.
Matt holds a Master’s degree in sports marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and is a USA Hockey Certified Coach.

Bio
Steve Wareham is based in central Illinois and has been in the paper industry since 1992. Steve joined ND Paper upon the acquisition of the Rumford and Biron Mill in June 2018. Steve lead our Coated Groundwood product and took over managing our export sales efforts for Kraft Paper in 2021, with significant growth over 2022.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Illinois University and a Master of Science in Management with concentrations in marketing and strategy from the Krannert Graduate School of Management in Purdue University. He is based in central Illinois.

Bio
Chris Trittenbass is based in Seattle and he has been with ND Paper since June of 2019. He has been in the paper industry for over 20 years was instrumental in supporting the transformation to packaging with significant sales volume growth in both Containerboard and Kraft Paper. Chris will continue to drive growth in packaging grades for ND and support sales growth for Nine Dragons products throughout the world.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and is currently based in Seattle.

In Eric's 20-year career in the pulp and paper industry, he was worked in production, product development, sales and marketing. With this breadth of knowledge and experience, Eric works at all levels of the business–from operations to marketing to customer solutions–to facilitate a successful sales process. Eric holds a degree in Paper Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Based in Bradenton, FL, Pat Lay has 33 years of successful experience in the paper industry with a focus on containerboard sales. He brings his leadership skills from Sales Management, General Management, and Area Sales Management to ND Paper’s growing containerboard product line.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Eastern Illinois University. He enjoys entertaining, playing, golf cooking and his large network of friends and family.

Bio
Barb Humbertson is an experienced industry professional who has worked as both a paper engineer and technical customer service representative during her 32-year tenure. Based in Cumberland, Md., Barb serves our customers in the Northeast U.S. and Ontario, Canada. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, Frostburg, and a Bachelor of Science from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, N.Y.

Rick joined ND Paper in 2023 after a 40-year career at Quad Graphics where we held positions in the press room, training, safety, Lean Manufacturing and most recently paper quality and performance. Rick has a Printing and Publishing certificate from Milwaukee Area technical college and is based in the Milwaukee area.

Danny Borusiewich is based in Chicago and has been with ND Paper since April of 2022. Danny’s background includes Sales and Management roles in both Operations and Supply Chain functions. Danny will support ND sales growth in the Midwest for our U.S. print and packaging grade marketplaces.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Science (BSBA) degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

Bio
With 30+ years in the printing and writing industry, Sheldon Spicer is a leader in high end specialty printing and writing papers. Sheldon graduated from Colgate University with a BA in International Relations and comes to ND Paper from Mohawk Papers.
Based in Oak Brook, Sheldon serves the Midwest through customer-centric partnerships. He joined our organization July 2023.

Paul is based in the suburbs of Atlanta and began his career with ND Paper in 2023. He has been in the Printing and Paper industries for over 30 years. He has worked in many Business Development and Process Improvement roles over his career. Working with Direct, Distribution and End User accounts, Paul will continue to drive growth in both packaging and printing and writing sales. Paul has a Printing Management Degree from Western Michigan University.

Bio
Jorge is based in Mexico City and has been in the paper and packaging industry since 1996. He has held a variety of sales and business development leadership positions, managing teams and successfully developing business, customers, and mills.
Jorge began his career with WestRock (MeadWestvaco) in 2008 as a Sales Area Manager, expanding the company’s business in Mexico. In 2012, Jorge was promoted to LATAM Regional Manager, in 2018 to Regional Leader, and in 2020 to Vice President of Latin America. In this role, he led a dynamic sales team that supported customers with a range of paperboard and containerboard grades. Prior to WestRock (MWV), his professional experience included working at Stora Enso as Sales Director, CellMark as Sales & Marketing Director, and Cartones Ponderosa as Commercial Director and Commercial Manager.
Jorge earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of International Business degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey-EGADE. He also earned a Distinguished Certificate in General Management from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
In his free time, Jorge enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, road cycling, and spending time with his family.
