Duties of the Job

  • Investigate/resolve purchase order issues
  • Address vendor shipping issues
  • Administer Purchasing Mailbox
  • Manage Invoice Payment Approval process
  • Perform SAP pricing updates as needed
  • Troubleshoot/correct Invoicing/Receiving Issues
  • Enter receipts for Purchase Orders as needed
  • Arrange outbound shipments
  • Manage/Distribute daily railcar report
  • Coordinate Warehouse Worker Truck Pickups
  • Expedite deliveries
  • Create purchase requisitions as needed
  • MRT/PIR set up new stores items
  • General filing
  • Other duties as assigned

On-the-Job Requirements

  • Must be able to learn, utilize, and apply knowledge of SAP systems
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with
    employees, departments, and with all levels of management and vendors
  • Must be a neat, accurate, and dependable worker
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to prioritize work
  • Must be able to work under pressure


  • Must successfully pass MS Office suite testing in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
